Microgrid news and Trade Electronics will start stocking Nordic Semiconductor's nRF52840 multi protocol on chip system (SoC) from now on. This ultra low power nRF52840 SoC uses the Nordic nRF52 series architecture, and is compatible with Nordic's existing nRF52 series, nRF51 series, and nRF24 series products. It is one of the few single chip solutions in the market. It can support Bluetooth 5 and Thread at the same time, and will soon support Zigbee.
